Homeowners occupy roughly 90% of the dwellings in Malay Falls and 10% are rented. This community is primarily composed of four or more bedroom and three bedroom homes.

    There are no high schools and no primary schools in Malay Falls. Likewise, daycares are not numerous and accordingly not always within walking distance. Concerning eating, in all cases, a vehicle is needed in this area to reach the nearest grocery store.
