Masson-Angers is reasonably good for those who need a quiet atmosphere, as there are low levels of noise from traffic - however some parts can be quite loud, especially close to the railway line or Autoroute de l'Outaouais.

Transportation

The car is usually the best means of transportation in Masson-Angers. It is very convenient to come across a parking spot, and most real estate listings are a reasonably short drive from the nearest highway, such as Autoroute de l'Outaouais. In contrast, Masson-Angers is not a very pleasant part of Gatineau for getting around by public transit. Thankfully, property owners benefit from a few bus lines, and it is convenient to find a nearby bus stop from most homes. Although some pleasant sectors for cycling can be found, the bicycle is a fairly poor means of transportation in Masson-Angers because riding is made strenuous by the typically sloping terrain, and there are few bike lanes. Travelling on foot is also not very feasible for house buyers in Masson-Angers since most daily needs are very difficult to carry out on foot.

Housing
