Driving is a reasonably good transportation option in Medway. It is easy to come across a parking spot. However, the transit infrastructure in Medway is rather poor. It is convenient to commute by bicycle in Medway as the cycling network is reasonably well-developed. It is at times difficult for pedestrians to move around in this neighbourhood since few common errands can be run without a car.

Single detached homes are the predominant housing type, representing most dwellings in this part of London, while townhouses are also present in the housing stock. About 45% of properties in this neighbourhood were built in the 1960s and 1970s, while most of the remaining buildings were constructed in the 1980s and the 1990s. This neighbourhood offers mainly four or more bedroom and three bedroom homes.

Services

Primary schools and daycares are very easy to reach by foot from any location in Medway. However, high schools are not especially plentiful and therefore not always within walking distance. As far as food is concerned, the nearest grocery store in this neighbourhood is usually only a rather short trip away. Furthermore, this neighbourhood is a good place in which to go out to eat, for example along Western Road, and a limited number of cafes can be found as well.
