Milan Real Estate & Houses for Sale

Milan is a wonderful municipality to buy a house in for those who prefer a slower-paced environment. Milan is very quiet overall, as the streets are usually very peaceful.

    Transportation

Milan is particularly car friendly. It is very convenient to park. It is very challenging for pedestrians to navigate Milan since carrying out daily needs is practically impossible without a car. This municipality is also not very amenable to cycling as there are very few bike lanes, and there are a fair number of slopes.

    Housing

Single detached homes are the most common housing type, representing almost all dwellings in Milan. Roughly one third of properties in this part of Le Granit were constructed before the 1960s, while many of the remaining buildings were built in the 1980s and the 1990s. This municipality offers mainly four or more bedroom and three bedroom homes. About 90% of the population of this municipality own their home and 10% are renters.

    Services

There are no high schools and no primary schools in Milan. Likewise, daycares are not abundant and consequently not always within a short distance. Regarding food, in all but a very small number of cases, a vehicle is needed in Milan to reach the closest supermarket.
