Transportation

Milan is particularly car friendly. It is very convenient to park. It is very challenging for pedestrians to navigate Milan since carrying out daily needs is practically impossible without a car. This municipality is also not very amenable to cycling as there are very few bike lanes, and there are a fair number of slopes.

Housing

Single detached homes are the most common housing type, representing almost all dwellings in Milan. Roughly one third of properties in this part of Le Granit were constructed before the 1960s, while many of the remaining buildings were built in the 1980s and the 1990s.
