The bicycle is a fairly good means of transportation in Minchau since there are a very large number of bike lanes. In most cases, a car is needed to buy groceries. Nevertheless, it is generally a reasonably short walk to the closest pharmacy, which can provide some staple foods. There are also a limited number of opportunities for those who care about nearby restaurants. Concerning education, in Minchau, parents and their schoolchildren will usually be able to get to schools and daycares by walking.
