Mistatim is a fairly good village to buy a home in for those who prefer a slower-paced environment. The noise levels in Mistatim are low, as the streets are usually reasonably peaceful.

Transportation

Cars are an excellent transportation option in this village. It is very easy to park. Mistatim is not very conducive to cycling as the terrain is not especially flat, and there are very few bike lanes. A majority of the homes for sale in this village are located in places that are also not very convenient for people who prefer to get around on foot as meeting daily needs is very difficult without a car.

There are no high schools and no primary schools in this village. Additionally, daycares are not numerous and thus not always within a short distance. In terms of eating, in all cases, a car is required in this village to access the nearest supermarket.
