Natashquan is a wonderful reserve to buy a home in for those who prefer a slower-paced environment. The noise levels in Natashquan are very low, as the streets tend to be especially peaceful.

Transportation

Natashquan is particularly car friendly. Coming across a parking spot is generally easy. Natashquan is not very bike-friendly because there are a fair number of elevation changes for cyclists to brave, and the bicycling network is quite bad. Many of the homes for sale in this reserve are located in areas that are also not very well-suited for people who prefer to get around by foot as almost no daily needs can be carried out without a vehicle.

Housing

The buildings in this part of Minganie--Le Golfe-du-Saint-Laurent are very new, since around 30% of its dwellings were built in the 1990s, while many of the remaining buildings were constructed in the 1960s and the 1980s. The predominant housing types in this reserve are single detached homes and row houses. Roughly 80% of the properties in the reserve are occupied by renters and 20% are occupied by owners. This reserve also has quite a good choice of housing size options - there is a higher proportion of three bedroom homes in this part of Minganie--Le Golfe-du-Saint-Laurent.

Services

There are no high schools and no primary schools in Natashquan. In addition, there are only a very small number of daycares and accordingly they can be a very long walk away. In terms of eating, house buyers in Natashquan usually have to turn to a vehicle to purchase groceries.
