Navan - Carlsbad Springs is quiet overall, as the streets are peaceful - however noise can be bothersome closer to Highway 417 or the railway line. Parks are distributed sporadically, resulting in them being rather difficult to get to from most locations in this neighbourhood. Transportation

This neighbourhood is especially car friendly. It is very convenient to park. On the other hand, this part of Ottawa is not very transit friendly.
