Nequatque is a wonderful reserve to buy a house in for those who prefer a slower-paced environment. Nequatque is especially quiet, as the streets are usually very peaceful.

Transportation

Cars are an excellent means of transportation in this reserve. Coming across a place to park is quite easy. Nequatque is not very bicycling-friendly as the cycling infrastructure is not very extensive, and riding a bike is made strenuous by the typically sloping topography. Many of the houses for sale in this reserve are located in places that are also not very well-suited for pedestrians as almost no daily errands can be run without a car.

Housing

Single detached homes are the predominant housing type, representing the overwhelming majority of dwellings in Nequatque, and the rest of the properties are mainly townhouses. This reserve has a good variety of housing sizes, ranging from lofts to four or more bedrooms. The population residing in this part of Squamish-Lillooet is evenly split between owners and renters. This reserve did not experience a single building boom; the construction of new homes in Nequatque was spread throughout several decades in the twentieth and twenty-first century.

Services

Nequatque does not have any high schools or primary schools. Furthermore, daycares are not plentiful and consequently may require a very long trip to get to. As far as food is concerned, in all cases, a car is needed in Nequatque to access the closest grocery store.
