    North Development Area is a neighbourhood to buy a home in for those who prefer a chill environment. North Development Area remains relatively serene, thanks to the presence of very few people out and about on the streets. Parks aren't well-spread out, resulting in them being rather challenging to access from most locations within this part of Saskatoon. Still, there are a few green spaces close by for residents to explore, such as Wanuskewin Heritage Park.

    Transportation

    The car is usually the best way to navigate this area. Nearby highways are moderately easy to reach from anywhere in North Development Area, and it is very convenient to park. It is impractical for pedestrians to navigate this neighbourhood as very few common errands can be run without needing to get in a car. Cycling is also at times difficult in North Development Area since the bicycling network is not very comprehensive. Nevertheless, there are few slopes to confront bicycle riders, and residents often choose to move around by bike.

    Single detached homes are the most common housing type, representing almost all buildings in North Development Area.     This part of Saskatoon does not have any high schools or primary schools. Additionally, parents and their children may find it very hard to get to daycares by walking. In terms of eating, property owners in North Development Area usually need a vehicle to reach the nearest grocery store. Residents of this part of Saskatoon benefit from a few restaurants as well.
