    North End East is a "jack-of-all-trades" when it comes to the feel of this part of the city. The split between homeowners and renters is about even. This area has a good choice of unit sizes, ranging from lofts to four or more bedrooms.

    The closest supermarket in this part of Hamilton is generally only a short distance away. Likewise, there are a fair number of opportunities for those who value nearby restaurants and cafes. With respect to education, daycares and primary schools are straightforward to access as a pedestrian from anywhere in this part of Hamilton. However, North End East does not contain any high schools.
