Panorama Hills is a very good neighbourhood to buy a house in for those who prefer a slower-paced environment. Parks are very well-spread out and there are around 30 of them close by for residents to enjoy, making it very easy to reach them. This area is also very quiet, as the streets are generally very calm.

Transportation

Panorama Hills is very car friendly. It is straightforward to access a parking spot, and many properties for sale are a rather short car ride from the nearest highway. However, travelling by transit can be difficult in Panorama Hills as a result of the infrequent service. Thankfully, house owners have access to about 10 bus lines, and the nearest bus stop is usually just around the corner. Although bicycle riders do not encounter serious slopes, this neighbourhood is not very amenable to biking as. It is convenient to access the closest supermarket on foot in Panorama Hills. A small selection of restaurants and cafes is available as well. Concerning education, in this part of Calgary, parents and their kids will commonly be able to access primary schools and daycares on foot. On the other hand, Panorama Hills does not have any high schools.
