Panorama Village real estate guide & listings for sale

Panorama Village is a fairly good neighbourhood to buy a home in for those who prefer a slower-paced atmosphere. Public green spaces are especially well-spread out and there are a few of them nearby for residents to visit, which results in them being easy to reach from the majority of locations within this area. This neighbourhood is reasonably quiet overall, as the streets tend to be tranquil - although that is not the case close to Trans-Canada Highway.

The car is very often the best method of transportation in Panorama Village. It is very easy to come across a place to park, and it is a short car ride to the closest highway, such as Trans-Canada Highway, from any location in this area. In contrast, residents using public transit may find few choices in Panorama Village as a result of the low service level. Thankfully, the neighbourhood is connected by a few bus lines, and bus stops are ordinarily nearby. This part of the municipality is not very conducive to those who travel by foot since running daily errands is challenging. Panorama Village is also not very bike-friendly because there are very few bike lanes, and there is a significant amount of hills.

Single detached homes are the most common housing type, representing most dwellings in Panorama Village, but small apartment buildings and townhouses are also present in the housing stock. This neighbourhood is primarily composed of three bedroom and four or more bedroom homes. Homeowners occupy around three quarters of the dwellings in the neighbourhood whereas the remainder are rented. Roughly 30% of homes in this part of West Vancouver were built following the year 2000, while many of the remaining buildings were constructed in the 1960s and the 1980s.

Doing one's groceries usually requires the use of a car in Panorama Village. There are a few choices for those who care about nearby restaurants. Regarding education, Panorama Village does not have any high schools or primary schools. In addition, there are only a very small number of daycares and accordingly they can be a very long walk away.
