    Lefebvre Park has a character that appeals to a fairly diverse group of people. Although the atmosphere is not the liveliest in this area, its main streets can still be quite lively, and with its a few nightlife venues, it is very easy to find a place to grab a drink as they are generally located very close by. Lefebvre Park is very quiet overall, as there are low levels of noise from traffic. Greenery is not especially present in this neighbourhood; to be more precise, residents will find that there are relatively few tree-lined streets.     Duplexes are the predominant housing type, representing most dwellings in Lefebvre Park, while the rest are mainly small apartment buildings. This area offers mainly three bedroom and two bedroom homes. Renters occupy about two thirds of the units in the neighbourhood whereas owners occupy the remainder. About 45% of properties in this area were built in the 1960s and 1970s, while the majority of the remaining buildings were built pre-1960.

    It is a very short distance to get to daycares and primary schools from anywhere in Lefebvre Park. In contrast, high schools are not especially numerous and therefore tend to require an extended stroll to get to. With respect to food, it is very easy to reach the closest supermarket by foot in Lefebvre Park. In addition, there is generally a restaurant or cafe just around the corner. It is also easy to get to a variety of clothing stores as a pedestrian.
