Transportation
Driving is an excellent transportation option in this area. It is a short car ride to the nearest highway from any location in University Park, and it is very convenient to come across a parking spot. However, public transit users may experience few choices in this area due to the low service level. Nonetheless, property owners benefit from a few bus lines, and bus stops are not very far-removed from most houses. It is convenient to commute by bike in this part of the city as University Park is home to good bicycling infrastructure, and there are a limited number of slopes for cyclists to brave. This neighbourhood is not especially conducive to pedestrians since most daily needs are sometimes difficult to meet without a car.

However, high schools are not plentiful and consequently not always within a short distance. In terms of food, it is very rarely practical for property owners in this part of the city to purchase their groceries by foot.
