This neighbourhood experienced its largest construction boom pre-1960, so most of the available properties are from this era. This area offers mainly four or more bedroom and two bedroom homes.


The nearest grocery store in Parkallen is generally only a reasonably short walk away. Moreover, Parkallen is a fairly good place in which to eat out, and property owners are served by a few cafes as well. A good choice of clothing stores can also be found within a reasonably short walking distance. With regards to education, families will welcome that no matter where their house is located in Parkallen, daycares and schools are nearby.
