Pashilqua 2 is a great reserve to buy a house in for those who prefer a relaxed environment. Pashilqua 2 is very quiet, as noise from streets and other parts of the city is rarely an issue.

Transportation

Pashilqua 2 is particularly car friendly. It is very convenient to find a parking spot. Most homes for sale in this reserve are located in areas that are not very convenient for pedestrians as carrying out daily needs is practically impossible without the use of a car. Pashilqua 2 is also not very bike-friendly since the bicycling network is not very extensive, and there are a fair number of hills for cyclists to brave.

Housing

Roughly half of homes in Pashilqua 2 were built between 1980 and 1990, while most of the remaining buildings were constructed in the 1990s. There are no high schools and no primary schools in this reserve. In addition, it can be very difficult to get to daycares from properties for sale in Pashilqua 2. With regards to eating, buying one's groceries very often demands the use of a car in this reserve.
