Around one quarter of homes in this reserve were constructed between 1980 and 1990, while many of the remaining buildings were built in the 1960s and the 1990s. This part of Division No. 19 offers mainly four or more bedroom and three bedroom homes. Around 80% of the units in the reserve are occupied by renters whereas the rest are occupied by owners.

Services

High schools are not numerous in Peguis 1B, and therefore often beyond a short distance, and there are no primary schools. Furthermore, it can be very difficult to reach daycares from houses for sale in Peguis 1B. With regards to food, it is very rarely practical for home buyers in this reserve to travel to the nearest grocery store by walking.
