Pointe-Lebel is fairly good for those who like a quiet atmosphere, as there tend to be low levels of noise from traffic - although there are still several louder areas, especially around the airport (YBC).

There are only a very small number of primary schools in Pointe-Lebel and accordingly they can be a very long walk away. Likewise, this village does not contain any high schools. With regards to food, a car is almost always needed in Pointe-Lebel to access the closest grocery store.
