Poplar Hill Real Estate & Houses for Sale

Poplar Hill offers a slower-paced ambience. Poplar Hill is wonderful for those who need a quiet atmosphere, as there are generally low levels of noise from traffic.

    Transportation

Cars are a great means of transportation in this reserve. Parking is easy. It is very impractical for people walking to move around in this reserve because almost no daily errands can be run without a car. This reserve is also not very suited for cycling since there are a good number of slopes, and Poplar Hill is home to quite bad bicycling infrastructure.

    Housing

Single detached homes are the most common housing type, representing almost all buildings in Poplar Hill, whereas the remainder are mainly townhouses. About half of properties in this part of Kenora District were constructed after the year 2000, while many of the remaining buildings were built in the 1990s. This reserve is primarily composed of two bedroom and four or more bedroom homes. Around 90% of the dwellings in the reserve are occupied by renters and 10% are occupied by owners.

    Services

This reserve does not have any high schools or primary schools. Likewise, parents and their children may find it very hard to access daycares as pedestrians. Regarding eating, it is very rarely possible for property owners in Poplar Hill to shop for groceries by walking.
