Red Harbour Real Estate & Houses for Sale

Red Harbour is a great town to buy a house in for those who prefer a calm atmosphere. Most areas in Red Harbour are very quiet, as there isn't a lot of street noise or city clamour.

    Transportation

Red Harbour is an extraordinarily good town for moving around by car. It is especially convenient to park. Commuting by bicycle is very hard in Red Harbour because the cycling network is quite poor, and riding a bike is made difficult by the typically steep topography. It is also very inconvenient for pedestrians to get around in this town as almost no common errands can be run without needing a car.

    Housing

Roughly 90% of the dwellings in the town are occupied by homeowners and the rest are rented. The predominant housing types in this part of Division No. 2 are single detached homes and townhouses. About one third of properties in this town were constructed between 1960 and 1980, while most of the remaining buildings were built pre-1960 and in the 1980s. This town offers mainly two bedroom and three bedroom homes.

    Services

This town does not contain any high schools or primary schools. Additionally, daycares are not numerous and accordingly may require a very long trip to get to. As far as eating is concerned, property owners in this town almost always have to use a vehicle to travel to the nearest supermarket.
