This part of Winnipeg is wonderful for those who need quiet areas, as there isn't a lot of street noise or city clamour. Lastly, there are over 50 public green spaces close by for residents to visit, including Gateway Park and McBeth Park, and they are very well-situated, making them very easy to get to.

Transportation

Cars are a great medium of transportation in this area. Parking is quite easy, and many homes for sale are a rather short drive from the nearest highway.
