Transportation

Driving is a great mode of transportation in Saint-Mathieu. It is very easy to park, and it is a very short car ride to the nearest highway, such as Autoroute 15, from any home in Saint-Mathieu. A majority of the houses for sale in this municipality are located in places that are not very well-suited for pedestrians because carrying out daily needs is very inconvenient without a vehicle. This part of the Greater Montreal metropolitan area is also not very bike-friendly because the cycling infrastructure is quite bad. Nevertheless, there are a limited number of hills.
