Finally, greenery is not particularly prominent in this area; to be more precise, residents will find that most streets have below average tree coverage. However, public green spaces are especially well-distributed and there are a few of them close by for residents to discover, resulting in them being easy to get to from most locations within the neighbourhood.

The split between renters and homeowners is about even. This area also has a good selection of housing size options - homes range from lofts to four or more bedrooms.


Property owners in Saint-Robert will welcome that a grocery store is always only a short walk away. A limited number of restaurants and coffee shops are available as well. In terms of education, daycares and primary schools are convenient to reach on foot from most homes for sale in this area. On the other hand, this part of Longueuil does not contain any high schools.
