Sector B is a reasonably good neighbourhood to buy a house in for those who prefer a relaxed ambience. This part of Brossard features a fair amount of greenery as there are numerous tree-lined streets. There are approximately 10 parks close by for residents to enjoy and they are especially well-distributed, which makes it easy to get to them. This neighbourhood is quiet overall, as there isn't a lot of street noise or city clamour - although that is not the case around Autoroute des Cantons-de-l'Est or the railway line.

Getting around by transit can be occasionally difficult in this part of the city as a result of the low service level.
