Sector B is a very good neighbourhood to buy a house in for those who prefer a calm environment. There is a fair amount of greenery in this area as a lot of streets have good tree coverage. Getting to parks in the neighbourhood, including Grand Parc Urbain, is very easy since there are over 50 of them nearby for residents to discover. This part of the city is also very good for those who prefer quiet areas, as there are usually low levels of noise from traffic.
Transportation
