This area is quiet, as there are low levels of noise from traffic - although there are still several noisier sections, especially close to Autoroute des Cantons-de-l'Est. Lastly, there is not that much greenery in this part of Brossard; more specifically, residents will find that there are relatively few tree-lined streets. Nonetheless, there are approximately 40 parks nearby for residents to relax in, including Parc de la Terre, and they are especially well-distributed, making it easy to get to them.

Transportation

Sector P provides home buyers with the choice between a variety of means of transportation. This part of the city is rather transit friendly. For example, rapid transit stations, such as Panama with access to the Gare Centrale - Brossard, are not especially far-removed from most houses in the neighbourhood. In terms of education, families will welcome the proximity to daycares and primary schools, which are within walking distance from the majority of homes for sale in sector P. However, this part of the city does not contain any high schools.
