Sector S offers a relaxed atmosphere and will appeal to home buyers who enjoy spending time outdoors. Greenery is quite prominent in this area as the majority of streets have reasonably good tree coverage. This part of the city is quiet overall, as the streets are generally reasonably tranquil - however noise can be an issue closer to Autoroute René-Lévesque.
