Sector X is a neighbourhood to buy a home in for those who prefer a chill environment. Sector X is an excellent area for those who aren't bothered by a little noise, as during busy hours, traffic can occasionally be bothersome. This neighbourhood features almost no greenery, there are a few public green spaces nearby for residents to enjoy.

Transportation

Driving is an excellent transportation option in sector X. The vast majority of the street network is conducive to driving, and it is especially convenient to park. However, the public transit infrastructure in sector X is not particularly accessible. Nonetheless, the nearest rapid transit station, including Brossard and Du Quartier with access to the Gare Centrale - Brossard, is commonly a short walk away from the bulk of properties in the neighbourhood. There are about 20 bus lines, and it is easy to find a nearby bus stop from most residences. Sector X is not very amenable to cycling as there are few bike lanes. Nevertheless, bicycling is more feasible in some areas than others, and it is an even ride to most locations. Accessing the closest grocery store by walking is feasible for some, but not all, home buyers in sector X. There are also a few choices for those who appreciate nearby restaurants. With regards to education, there are no high schools and no primary schools in sector X. Moreover, it can be difficult to get to daycares from houses for sale in this part of the city.
