Seton is also an extremely convenient part of Calgary for driving. It is a short car ride to the nearest highway from anywhere in this part of Calgary, and parking is generally easy.

A majority of the housing growth in this neighbourhood has occurred after the year 2000. This neighbourhood also has a good variety of unit sizes; it is quite easy to find properties ranging from lofts to four or more bedrooms. About three quarters of the population of this neighbourhood own their home whereas renters make up the remainder.

Parents and their children will value that no matter where their property is situated in this area, daycares and schools are close by.
