Transportation

The preferred way to get around in this part of the city is very often driving. It is especially convenient to park, and it is a rather short car ride to the nearest highway from anywhere in this neighbourhood. In contrast, travelling by transit can be difficult in Sherwood Estates as a result of the infrequent service. Thankfully, the neighbourhood is linked by a few bus lines, and the closest bus stop is generally around the corner. This area is not very suited for bicycling since there are a good number of hills, and there are very few bike lanes.
