Transportation

This part of the city is a fairly good part of Brampton for getting around by car. It is convenient to park, and many real estate listings are a reasonably short drive from the nearest highway. In this neighbourhood, roughly half of buildings are single detached homes, while duplexes and townhouses make up most of the remaining housing stock. This neighbourhood experienced its most significant construction boom following the year 2000, so most of the available properties are from this time period. This area is especially good for those looking for four or more bedroom homes.

It is a short walk to reach daycares and schools from most homes for sale in Springdale. As far as eating is concerned, the closest grocery store in this part of the city is generally only a long stroll away. Likewise, those who like to dine in restaurants will have a fair number of opportunities, and there are also a few cafes in Springdale.
