Stanley 157 is a wonderful reserve to buy a home in for those who prefer a calm environment. Stanley 157 is especially quiet, as there are low levels of noise from traffic.

Transportation

Driving is usually the favoured approach to navigate this reserve. It is very convenient to come across a parking spot. Stanley 157 is not very bicycling-friendly since bicycling is rendered difficult by the often sloping topography, and there are very few bike lanes. Most houses for sale in this reserve are located in places that are also not very conducive to people who get around by walking because almost no common errands can be run without a car.

Housing

The predominant housing types in Stanley 157 are single detached homes and townhouses. The buildings in this reserve are very new, because about half of its dwellings were constructed following the year 2000, while most of the remaining buildings were built in the 1960s and the 1980s. This part of Division No. 18 is primarily composed of two bedroom and three bedroom homes. Roughly all of the population of this reserve rent their home whereas the remainder are owners.

Parents and their kids will welcome that wherever their home is situated in this reserve, both primary and secondary schools are close by. On the other hand, daycares are not abundant and therefore may require a very long trip to get to.
