It is a very short drive to the closest highway, such as Highway 403, from any home in this neighbourhood, and parking is generally easy. Cycling is challenging in Summit because there is a significant amount of slopes, and the bicycling network is quite poor. Traveling by walking is also not very practical for home buyers in this part of the city because running day-to-day errands is difficult without needing to resort to a car.
