It is a rather short walk to access both primary and secondary schools from most houses for sale in this area. On the other hand, it can be challenging to get to daycares as a pedestrian. Regarding eating, a fraction of house buyers in Sundance may have the option to do their groceries by walking, while others will need another means of transportation. There are also approximately 10 restaurants and coffee shops in this part of Calgary.
