Transportation

This area is conducive to pedestrians; meeting daily needs is easy without a car. Sutherland will also attract physically active house buyers because it is fairly suitable for cycling. In particular, it is an even ride to most locations. This part of Saskatoon is very car friendly. Nearby highways are especially easy to drive to from any home in Sutherland, and it is convenient to park. In contrast, Sutherland is not very transit friendly.
