    Driving is a great mode of transportation in this community. It is very convenient to park. Single detached homes and townhouses are the main housing type in this part of the municipality. Roughly 90% of the population of this community own their home and 5% are renters. This area is primarily composed of four or more bedroom and three bedroom homes.

    A vehicle is almost always required in this part of the municipality to reach the closest supermarket. In terms of education, there are no high schools and no primary schools in Tangier. Likewise, it can be very hard to access daycares from homes for sale in this part of the municipality.
