The Falls is an extraordinarily good part of Colchester Subdivision B for getting around by car. It is especially convenient to find a parking spot. It is very difficult to commute by bike in The Falls as the terrain is not very flat, and the cycling infrastructure is quite bad. This part of the subdivision of a county municipality is also not very conducive to those who like to travel by walking as almost no daily errands can be run without a vehicle.

Housing

Single detached homes are the most common housing type, representing the overwhelming majority of buildings in The Falls.
