Town Centre Real Estate & Houses for Sale

Town Centre has a character that caters to a fairly diverse group of people. Although the ambience is not the liveliest in this part of Maple Ridge, the vibe is still quite dynamic around its main streets, and with its a few nightlife venues, there are options for nighttime activities. Town Centre is quiet, as there are low levels of noise from traffic, although there are still several louder sections, especially near the railway line. It is easy to get to green spaces in the neighbourhood since there are around 20 of them nearby for residents to relax in.

However, Town Centre is not especially cycling-friendly since the bicycling infrastructure is sometimes poor, and there is a significant amount of hills. Travelling by public transit is occasionally challenging in Town Centre. Nonetheless, the closest train station, such as the Port Haney Station Westbound and Port Haney Station Eastbound on the West Coast Express, is usually within walking distance from most properties in the neighbourhood. The neighbourhood is connected by about 10 bus lines, and it is very easy to reach a nearby bus stop from most houses. In contrast, Town Centre is fairly car friendly. It is convenient to park, and many homes for sale are a rather short drive from the closest highway.
