It is very easy to get to parks in the neighbourhood since there are around 10 of them close by for residents to enjoy.

Transportation

Cars are a very good mode of transportation in this part of the city. It is especially convenient to park, and it is a reasonably short drive to the nearest highway from anywhere in Tudor Estates. However, the public transit service in this part of Lethbridge is not very frequent. Nonetheless, house owners are served by a few bus lines, and most residences are very close to a bus stop. Commuting by bicycle is easy in this part of Lethbridge as it is an even ride to most destinations, and the cycling network is good. It is occasionally challenging for people travelling on foot to move around in Tudor Estates because few daily errands can be run without needing to resort to a vehicle.

Housing

The sizeable percentage of single detached homes in the housing stock of Tudor Estates is an important part of its character. About half of properties in this area were built between 1980 and 1990, while most of the remaining buildings were built in the 1960s and the 1990s. This neighbourhood is primarily composed of three bedroom and four or more bedroom homes. Roughly all of the population of this neighbourhood own their home while the remainder are renters.

It is easy to access the nearest grocery store without the use of a car in Tudor Estates. In addition, there is often a restaurant or cafe in close proximity. With respect to education, primary schools are very easy to reach on foot from anywhere in this neighbourhood. On the other hand, there are no high schools in Tudor Estates.
