People who prefer a relaxed atmosphere will enjoy University/SIAST. This part of Regina is very quiet overall, as there are low levels of noise from traffic. Transportation
Driving is an excellent transportation option in University/SIAST. Many houses for sale are a short car ride from the nearest highway, and it is very convenient to park. Regarding education, parents and their schoolchildren will find that no matter where their house is located in this neighbourhood, daycares and primary schools are nearby. However, there are no high schools in this part of the city.
