Transportation

Valley River 63A is very car friendly. Finding a parking spot is quite easy. Biking is difficult in this reserve as the bicycling infrastructure is not very extensive, and the terrain is not especially flat. Traveling by walking is also not very feasible for residents in this reserve because running common errands is almost impossible without needing to resort to a car.

Housing

Nearly all of the population of this reserve rent their home whereas owners make up the remainder. The large percentage of single detached homes in the housing stock of this reserve is an important part of its character. The buildings in this reserve are quite new, because around 40% of its dwellings were constructed after the year 2000, while many of the remaining buildings were built in the 1960s and the 1980s. In all cases, a car is required to shop for groceries. With respect to education, there are no high schools and no primary schools in this reserve. Furthermore, parents and their schoolchildren may consider it very hard to reach daycares as pedestrians.
