This municipal district is especially car friendly. Parking is easy. Walking is not very practical for property owners in Yarmouth since carrying out daily needs is very impractical on foot.

Regarding education, parents may consider it very hard for their kids to reach high schools and primary schools as pedestrians. In addition, daycares are not plentiful and accordingly tend to require a very long walk to get to.
