About Me

Andy has been a full time REALTOR® since 2000.

Andy enjoys the challenges that come with helping his clients through a real estate transaction. Whether buying or selling he takes the time needed to fully explain the processes and emotions his clients will experience. His goal is to always meet his clients’ expectations. His many strengths include listening to his clients and acting on their wants, needs and preferences. Other strengths include attention to detail, negotiation skills and knowledge in both the processes and the market conditions in Halifax / Dartmouth and surrounding areas.

Andy was born in Halifax. He attended school in Dartmouth, Halifax and Ottawa. As an adult he has lived in Halifax, Lower Sackville, the Eastern Shore and Dartmouth. He enjoys volunteering with and supporting Run Nova Scotia, Feed Nova Scotia, Margaret’s House, The IWK and the Canadian Cancer Society.

Andy’s honesty, integrity, years of sales and negotiation experience, coupled with a solid work ethic have kept him active as a Professional REALTOR®.
