Chuan (Sam) Jiang arrived in Cape Breton in 2011 to pursue a Bachelor of Hospitality and Tourism Management at Cape Breton University. He quickly fell in love with Cape Breton, its people and its natural beauty. Being new to Canada, he appreciated the safe and welcoming communities and the quality of life found in Cape Breton. Now a proud Cape Breton University Alumnus and permanent resident of Cape Breton, Sam finds great pleasure in helping others, whether long time residents or new Canadians, find their dream home on Canada's most beautiful island.
