Tanya Kearney

In 1999, I moved to Yellowknife with my husband and two boys and it has been my ever home since. I have been very involved in the community including the various sporting activities in which my boys participated. My main focus is soccer where I continue to volunteer as a manager of the Boys Canada Summer Games team. My husband & I have enjoyed renovating homes over the past 25 years and just finished building our dream home out at Prelude Lake. We enjoy living the simple life at the lake - boating, snowmobiling, and being with our family and friends. Over the years I have worked in a variety of different jobs including the mining industry, health care, and aviation. The one thing I loved most in these roles has always been working with and helping people. This is what led me to real estate. I feel that it is important to keep learning & I find myself needing to learn so I can help clients buy or sell their homes. To date, I have completed the following courses: "First Time Homebuyers", "RENE - Real Estate Negotiations Expert", "SRS - Seller Representative Specialist", "ABR - Accredited Buyers Representative" and "Home Inspections Certificate". I am looking forward to continuing my work with the Yellowknife community as a real estate agent at RE/MAX!
