About the Downtown Neighbourhood

Downtown offers a variety of experiences for those who enjoy a vibrant atmosphere. Although the ambience is not the liveliest in this neighbourhood it is very easy to find places to go out at night since they are well-spread throughout the area. Thanks to the presence of few people out and about on the streets, this neighbourhood remains relatively quiet; however noise levels are higher closer to the airport (Ajax (Pickering General Hospital) Heliport). It is very hard to reach green spaces since they aren't well-spread out. Still, there are about 30 parks close by for residents to check out.
