Previously, Albert worked as a Chartered Accountant (CPA, CA) for one of the big four accounting firms. Albert loves using his analytical skills in determining the value of homes and has an even greater love and skill in negotiating. He has a proven track record when it comes to negotiating - winning multiple offers even when his buyer clients price is not the highest or getting the most possible for Sellers (when there are no multiple offers).
Albert likes to be prepared and he makes sure everything is covered ... you never have to worry about being surprised or what is going to happen next or 2nd guess your decision.
