Alison Nugent

Born and raised in Cambridge, specifically the Hespeler part of town, Alison has over 5 years of experience as a local licensed realtor, with an additional 5 years prior in the industry itself. Real Estate has always been an interest of hers, having moved to various houses of different ages and styles throughout her life. It was the renovation of her first home with her husband that cemented her love and knowledge of old homes and as a result, her expertise lies in the historical details of local architecture, with century homes being somewhat of a favourite for her. A self-professed history nerd, Alison loves almost all things “old” and regularly finds herself at the local antique market looking for unique finds to compliment her many DIY renovations and projects. She is a member of her local church and loves singing in the church choir at Christmas and Easter. Alison currently lives with her husband and daughter on a Maple Farm in a multi-generational home just outside of Cambridge. Living in the countryside alongside family has allowed her to fully embrace her latest hobby of vegetable gardening and a more sustainable way of eating (though she’ll never say no to a bag of chips or gummy candies). Alison is a dedicated and relational real estate sales representative.
