Armin has called Honey Harbour on Georgian Bay home since he was 19, more than 50 years ago. After spending summers fishing and camping in the area as a teenager, his father built the family cottage in Honey Harbour, where Armin developed a lifelong connection to the Bay and the unique lifestyle it offers. Seeing a need in the region, Armin founded a marine construction company serving the islands and shorelines of Georgian Bay. Specializing in lakefront homes, docks, and shoreline structures, he built a reputation for practical expertise and a deep understanding of waterfront living. That hands-on background made real estate a natural next step. Over more than 30 years as a real estate broker, Armin has helped buyers and sellers navigate the Georgian Bay market with confidence. His knowledge of construction, septic systems, dock building, provincial building codes, municipal bylaws, and local cottage associations gives clients valuable insight into what can be renovated, expanded, or improved on a waterfront property. Armin’s lifelong experience on Georgian Bay is equally important. Having navigated its waterways for decades, he offers the kind of local knowledge only time on the Bay can provide. Known for his calm, no-pressure approach and responsiveness, he has built lasting client relationships and has often ranked among the top 100 RE/MAX producers in Canada. In 2000, Armin and his wife, Annemarie, opened the RE/MAX Honey Harbour office, where they continue to work today with their dedicated team, including licensed assistants Sandra Cormier and Caitlin Morning. Armin remains committed to helping clients find their place on the Bay he has proudly called home for most of his life.
