Hi! Happy to have you here. Let me give you a quick introduction while I have you... For me, real estate has always been about people first. With over 20 years of experience in customer service, I know how important it is to listen, be approachable, and genuinely care about the people I’m working with. Buying or selling a home can be exciting, but it can also feel overwhelming—especially when you’re doing it for the first time. One of the things I enjoy most is helping first-time home buyers navigate that journey. There are so many questions that come up along the way, and I believe you shouldn’t feel like you have to figure it all out on your own. I’m here to explain the process, answer the questions (even the ones you think you should already know!), and help make the experience feel a little less daunting. As a Candidate Member of the Appraisal Institute of Canada, I also bring an appraisal background to my real estate practice, giving me a strong understanding of property values and the factors that influence them. Whether you’re buying your first home, selling a property, or simply trying to figure out what your next move should be, I want my clients to feel comfortable, informed, and supported.
